Up until today I had this place at a 5 star. Move in was easy the guy who is usually there is easy to deal with for any issues. But TODAY is a different story, I paid to have movers meet me at the facility but for some reason the door to the unit would not open. I made sure the bill was paid, tried to open multiple times then called the number to get help from someone who couldn’t get it unlocked either. I asked if the guy that is normally here could come up there and was told it was his day off. Guy in the phone says it would be a couple days until someone could come out to open the unit. So now I’m out $350 that I already paid for movers and the answer you give me is “oh well, I’m sorry” . Come on man, Do better!!!
